• Work week is 37.5 hrs.

Job Description

· Conduct daily outbound calls and touchpoints to prospects.

· Assist the director of ticketing with any ticket operation needs.

· Work home athletic events.

· Provide superior customer service.

· May need to travel teams to provide ticket services.

Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$35,568 - $44,400 - Salary may be increased based off education, experience, and internal equity.

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration or related field. | | Experience |
Previous work within a NCAA Division I Athletic Department. |
