Director of Ticketing Operations & Donor Engagement will oversee all aspects of the Athletic Box Office and Ticket Operations for TD Arena and Patriots Point facilities which includes generating new revenue and servicing existing accounts. The Director will be integral in the development of ticket sales & service strategies as well as donor engagement. This position requires someone who is outgoing and highly motivated to contribute to the overall ticket sales & service efforts and passionate about development and making contributions to the external team.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business, sports administration, marketing, communications, advertising or another related field.
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in college sports marketing and promotions is preferred. Knowledge and experience in Paciolan or comparable ticketing software is required. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
· Our ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to make outbound ticketing sales calls
· Ability to organize and supervise game day and seasonal workers
· Strong interpersonal skills and must maintain positive relationships with colleagues, fans, donors, student-athletes, coaches, and administrators
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Problem solver, self-starter, and intrinsically motivated. Proactive thinking with interest in developing and executing new ideas is necessary.
· Willing to work in a team atmosphere where expectations are set and managed while giving staff flexibility to do their assigned tasks as both a leader and/or a follower
· Experience with Paciolan ticketing software or a comparable software. Ability to build out season, events, games, etc..
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
This position will require night and weekend availability as well as the ability to lift at least 30 pounds. Very occasional overnight travel required.

Implement and manage all aspects of the College of Charleston Athletic Ticket Office which entails all ticket sales for athletic ticketed events. Work in collaboration with our Director of Marketing to develop strategies to increase ticketing revenue, both season and single game sales. Make outbound sales calls, interact with community organizations to enhance group sales, and manage our third party vendors to maximize ticket revenue. Supervise all hosted NCAA post season ticketed events for all sports.

Reconcile and deposit all ticket office revenue, prepare daily, monthly, and yearly sales reports. Provide external team with attendance reports.
