The University of Iowa Department of Athletics seeks a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the knowledge, ability, and interpersonal skills required to serve as Director of Volleyball Video Analytics and Assistant Coach. This is a full-time position with a salary commensurate with education and experience and includes full University benefits.
The Director of Volleyball Video Analytics and Assistant Coach is responsible for providing administrative, instructional, and coaching assistance to the Head Coach as well as video editing and production support and analytic information to the coaching staff pertaining to Iowa Volleyball and opponents with the purpose of building a successful, competitive intercollegiate sports program that also retains and graduate’s student-athletes.

Minimum of one year experience shooting, editing, compiling and transferring video footage in a collegiate sports setting including:
Experience with charting and scripting analytics on game statistics in Division I volleyball
Knowledge of the sport of volleyball as demonstrated by past coaching, playing or operations experience at the collegiate level;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to work constructively and collaboratively in a diverse environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships;
A valid U.S. driving license and the ability to meet and maintain University of Iowa Driving Policy standards.
