Overview:

Quinnipiac University's Director of Women’s Basketball Program Development & Operations will assist in the off-court elements of program development by coordinating with coaches, marketing staff, sports information and units within the women’s basketball program to elevate the student-athlete experience. In this role, you will direct the operations of the practice squad, team logistics and the structure of the women's basketball program's 12 month calendar.

Responsibilities:

Adheres to the highest standards of academic integrity and works in compliance with all University, MAAC and NCAA rules and regulations

Attends all women’s basketball related events (games, practices, etc).

Will assist coaching staff in creating and implementing individual development plans to ensure student-athletes’ needs are addressed and met as they relate to academics, personal goals, and program achievement for the women’s basketball team

Assists in the coordination of all team travel including transportation, hotels, meals, and itineraries on the road
