Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of football recruiting activities and all related employees to coordinate all efforts in strategy, evaluations, and retention. Directs the recruiting budget, all recruiting related travel, recruiting service utilization, all prospect visits to campus, and coordination with Admissions. Manages and has in-depth knowledge of the university transfer process and coordinates transfer prospect evaluations.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manages the recruiting operations staff and creative media
2. Responsible for assisting all incoming first-year students with the application process to KSU, housing, financial aid and any other needs and/or issues that may arise
3. Develops, implements, and manages the strategic planning process for recruiting prospective student-athletes
