Job Description:

Responsible for the development of strength and conditioning programs for all student athletes on a year round basis. Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Three to five (3-5) years as collegiate strength and conditioning coach preferably at the Div I level.
Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association Certification.
Maintains certification in strength & conditioning.

Communication and other skills:
Regular communication with coaches, sports medicine staff.
Supervise and develop staff.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of training and lifting exercises per NCAA guidelines.
Adherence to NCAA , MAC and UT policies and regulations.
