Athletic Administration
A Master’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly with students in advising, athletics, admissions, or recruitment at the collegiate level is required. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
The department is especially interested in candidates who are members of the National Association for Academic Advisors in Athletics (N4A) and who possess professional experience working in an advising capacity with collegiate student-athletes on a college or university campus.
Initial screening of applications will begin June 27, 2024.
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
This position may require work beyond the normal schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Knowledge of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Canva) as well as social media platforms alongside trends is beneficial.
Professional experience working in an advising capacity with collegiate student-athletes on a college or university campus and an interest in student-athlete life skills development.

Implementation, facilitation, evaluation, and management of tracking engagement for the different areas of community service, leadership, diversity and inclusion, career and future, civic engagement, and award nomination. Produce and update a semester calendar of events for athlete engagement.

Counsel student-athletes in regard to personal and career development. Track postgraduate placement with pre-graduation surveys

Coordinates various student-athlete development seminars, special events, community service projects, and leadership experiences.
