Duties/Responsibilities
| Duties/Responsibilities |
Assist in the planning and designing of a yearly training program; assisting in the planning and designing of specific strength and conditioning sessions for student-athletes in cooperation with the strength & conditioning coaches and the head and assistant coaches. Assist in conducting and evaluating all practice sessions for training groups as assigned. Assist with match guidelines and fund-raising events.

| Position Summary |
Equestrian Volunteer is responsible for providing assistance to the Head & Assistant Coaches in assigned areas of the intercollegiate sports programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science, Kinesiology, Business, or any relevant field; 5 years experience in recruiting and coaching

Driving; standing; walking and reaching with hands and arms. Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision involved with this job include close and distance vision, and peripheral vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but escalates to high during practice and athletic competitions.
