E-SPORTS/ASSISTANT TRACK COACH

Brescia University, a small Catholic Liberal Arts University located in Kentucky is searching
for a part time E-Sports/Assistant Track Coach to lead e-sports and be an assistant track
coach. The position reports to the Athletic Director.

Qualifications are:

• High School graduate or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in sports related

discipline

• 3 years of experience in e-sports and gaming. College track experience as

player or coach preferred in addition to the 3 years e-sports/gaming experience

• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable by Brescia insurance.
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the players’ performance in the classroom and for the behavior

of the team during events;

• Will recruit esports athletes, organize activities, analyze performance, and provide

instruction on strategies and techniques;

• Assist Head Track Coach with the recruiting process
• Responsible for scheduling and conducting e-sports team practices and game travel,

maintaining budget, supplies, and equipment.
