• Office Manager in the Director of Athletics’ office.
• Scheduling Coordinator for athletic competitions, practices, meetings and events.
• Liaison with the Senior Administrative staff to and from the Director of Athletics relative to ongoing activities and projects.
• This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.

Faculty or Staff: 12 month
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in high level/executive office administration or similar environment.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and high level of organizational, clerical, and writing
skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations and multiple overlapping tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
• Excellent phone, email and general communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic office technology (phone, copier, fax, scanning, etc.) and Internet browsers
and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, ability to work with varied personalities.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, prioritizing urgent matters.
• Handle all assigned communication, correspondence and information, including sensitive and
confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
• College degree preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling and calendaring systems a plus.
• Experience in athletics administration or similar environment.
Hybrid (works remotely at least 1 day per week but not full-time)
Remote work eligibility is not guaranteed and is subject to approval. Employee eligibility depends on the likelihood of the employee succeeding in a remote work arrangement and the supervisor’s ability to manage remote workers. Departments and/or Human Resources may amend, alter, change, delete, or modify eligibility.
Up to $55,000
All hiring rates are commensurate with relevant experience up to the advertised amount considering internal alignment.
This position has an established starting rate.
