Position Overview

This is a full-time position to assist the Assistant AD for Marketing and Fan Engagement. This position will assist in marketing and game presentations for all ticketed sports including script writing and creation and execution of promotion schedules. This position would lead the marketing efforts for Volleyball, Women's Basketball and Softball. This position will assist in the planning and execution of community events and outreach.

Position Overview

This is a full-time position to assist the Assistant AD for Marketing and Fan Engagement. This position will assist in marketing and game presentations for all ticketed sports including script writing and creation and execution of promotion schedules. This position would lead the marketing efforts for Volleyball, Women's Basketball and Softball. This position will assist in the planning and execution of community events and outreach.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assists with the planning and execution of community events and outreach.
• Serves as primary liaison for work study and practicum student workers.
• Leads communication as primary contact with University departments for game day preparations. Including, but not limited to, dining services, housekeeping, and facilities.
• Game day responsibilities for all home ticketed events to include Men's and Women's Soccer, Volleyball, Men's and Women's Basketball, Baseball and Softball.
• Game day responsibilities for all home non-ticketed events as needed.
• Works under the direction of the Assistant AD for Marketing and Fan Engagement.

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

Experience in Marketing and Fan Engagement.

Other Information:

This position could work with student groups and campus organizations. Additionally, this position would organize student and freelance help to run a game day.
