Job Description

Purpose of the Position: The Facilities Office Manager contributes to the College’s mission, vision, and values by overseeing all administrative functions of the Physical Plant as directed by the Director of Facilities. The Facilities Office Manager is a supportive role to the Director of Facilities that ensures the cleanliness of both the internal and external campus and assists with the coordination of work allocation of general work to Physical Plant employees.

Education and Experience:

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high-school diploma.
  • Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a related position.
  • Must have a basic understanding of general maintenance functions and issues.
  • Must have a solid understanding of good office management and financial knowledge in relation to budgeting and general ledger accounts.
  • Must have experience with computers and have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with some familiarity with web-based applications and internet search tools.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Instruct student-athletes in the various aspects of strength and conditioning.
