This position will also provide facilities event support for Men's Basketball, Hockey, Volleyball, Softball, Soccer, WIAA and special high school events, concerts, graduations, and other events. Additional maintenance duties include snow removal and lawn care as needed.

Inspects, maintains, and repairs specialized equipment and facilities to ensure property meets established standards and to prevent further damage. Assists with construction, design and operational maintenance as needed. - 25% Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex machinery, equipment, and facility property to prevent further damage and ensure optimal operation - 30% Performs routine and non-routine facility inspections and monitors cleanliness - 25% Troubleshoots, escalates, and documents issues according to established policies and procedures - 10% Receives, inspects, inventories, and distributes deliveries independently to appropriate entities - 10% Assists trades, crafts, vendors, and technical staff with construction, design, and operational maintenance as needed

Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% University Staff appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
