Summary:

The Athletics Facility and Event Coordinator supervises facilities, manages operations, and supervises staff for events, games, and other addressed activities for assigned athletic facilities.

The Athletics Facility and Event Coordinator supervises facilities, manages operations, and supervises staff for events, games, and other addressed activities for assigned athletic facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-2 years of event and/or facility management within intercollegiate athletics is required.
• Candidate must be willing to keep flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a positive attitude throughout and a willingness to engage in a variety of detail-oriented tasks.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including coaches/athletes, event staff, administration, visiting teams, officials, etc.
• Must perform all job duties in a manner consistent with the NCAA, Conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Frequent lifting requiring the execution of up to sixty pounds of force to move and use supplies, use of cleaning aids and equipment, including set-up and tear down of athletic facilities, daily building management and maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
