Job Description:

Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference is seeking applications for a full time 10-month Fan Engagement Assistant. Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director/Fan Relations at our MVP Arena/Fan Relations Office, this position will sell athletic department inventory focusing on basketball ticket inventory, multi-game packages, group sales, individual game sales and the fan experience.

Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to managing sales of basketball inventory and other inventory such as fundraising events and fan experiences; maintaining and increasing ticket sales; developing new inventory and implementing sales techniques using social media; providing customer relations particularly during home basketball games; and working with athletic development to assist with athletic fund annual giving.

Annual Salary: $46,870.00

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required, understanding of marketing concepts and communications channels, knowledge of various software platforms such as TicketMaster, Vozzi, SideArm, and a knowledge of social media and NCAA rules. 

A background screening will be required.
