We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented student to join the Wheeling University Athletic Office team as a Federal Work Study Athletic Office Assistant. Key Responsibilities :

1. Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and preparing documents.
2. Event Assistance: Support the coordination and execution of athletic events, including setup, management, and breakdown.
3. Communication: Help maintain communication with students, staff, and faculty regarding athletic events and updates.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Must be a current student at Wheeling University.
• Eligible for Federal Work Study

Work Hours : Flexible, up to 15 hours per week.
