Hours: Flexible (15 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $10 per hour

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented student to join the Wheeling University Athletic Office team as a Federal Work Study Athletic Office Assistant. This position is an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience while contributing to the functioning of the university athletic office.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and preparing documents.
2. Event Assistance: Support the coordination and execution of athletic events, including setup, management, and breakdown.
3. Communication: Help maintain communication with students, staff, and faculty regarding athletic events and updates.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Must be a current student at Wheeling University.
• Eligible for Federal Work Study

Work Hours : Flexible, up to 15 hours per week.
