Job Summary

Assisting the MGA Baseball program with various duties. Responsibilities will include field maintenance (raking, dragging, etc), game day preparation, team laundry, locker room & equipment maintenance, assisting with recruiting and baseball camps, and video system assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical or data entry tasks and file important documents accordingly.
• Assist with field preparation on game days.
• Assist with daily field maintenance duties.
• Responsible for game uniform laundry.
• Assist coaches with scouting report preparation.
• Copy, sort, and compile various documents for recruiting and camps.
• Maintain all work areas in a clean and organized manner.

• Maintain all work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Must be dependable and prompt.
• Must adhere to the code of confidentiality.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• A student worker should have knowledge of computers and different software programs.
• Student is required to retain Family Education Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) confidentiality.
• Must be able to work outdoors for long periods of time in hot and cold weather.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and operate small engine landscaping machines.
• Must be able to operate a golf cart and lawnmower.
