Hourly Rate: $10 per hour

Job Summary: As a Federal Work-Study Student Assistant for the Softball team, you will assist the coaching staff in the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks necessary to run a collegiate softball program. This position is ideal for students looking to gain experience in sports management and operations while contributing to the success of the softball team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and breakdown of practice and game facilities.
• Manage and maintain equipment and inventory, ensuring that all gear is game-ready.
• Help organize travel arrangements for team trips, including accommodations and transportation.
• Support the planning and execution of team events, fundraising activities, and promotional efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of team statistics and player performance.
• Aid in the recruitment process by preparing materials and coordinating visits for prospective student-athletes.
• Ensure adherence to NCAA and university rules and regulations.
