Job Title: Federal Work-Study Student Assistant - Women's Lacrosse

Job Summary: The Federal Work-Study Student Assistant for Women's Lacrosse is responsible for supporting the coaching staff and facilitating the smooth operation of the women's lacrosse program. This position offers students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in sports management, team operations, and event coordination within a collegiate sports environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down practices and games, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and in good condition.
• Manage equipment inventories and perform routine checks to maintain equipment quality.
• Help coordinate travel and logistics for team events, including accommodations, transportation, and meal planning.
• Support the organization and execution of fundraising events, promotional activities, and community outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of team statistics, player performance, and schedules.
• Assist with recruitment tasks, including organizing materials for recruits and scheduling visits.
• Adhere to all NCAA compliance regulations and university policies.

• Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study at Wheeling University.
