Works alone or as a team member to maintain the aesthetic appeal and health of the Babson College landscapes and ensures college grounds are safe for the campus community. Coordinates daily workload in accordance with institutional priorities set forth by the Assistant Director, Grounds and EH&S. Have knowledge of athletic field maintenance and construction practices. The Field Worker should be able to prepare athletic fields for varsity college sports and possess the ability to design, install, and repair underground irrigation systems.

This is a first shift position working Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-230 pm from November 15th to March 15th

The schedule changes to Tuesday-Saturday, 6:00 am-230 pm March 15th to November 15th

Hourly pay rate: $31.97 and additional $1.50 for the shift differential (weekend shift).
