The Office of Financial Aid (OFA) at the University of Michigan is looking for a financial aid professional to assist in the administration of existing scholarship and financial aid programs. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Scholarships, the Financial Aid Coordinator for Scholarships and Athletic Aid will review eligibility for both need-based and merit-based scholarship funding offered through OFA, counsel and process athletic financial aid in accordance with the Department of Education and NCAA guidelines, and assist in developing new policies and procedures.

The Office of Enrollment Management requires a hybrid work arrangement of minimally three days on-site and two remote days. Thursdays are required as an on-site work day for all. Flexible work agreements are reviewed annually and subject to change dependent on the business needs throughout the course of employment.
