Job Title: BYU Football Analyst
Job Summary
The Football Analyst position reports to the respective coordinator (offensive, defensive or special teams). The Football Analyst is directly responsible for assisting the football staff with their practice and game preparation, as is permissible under NCAA rules and regulations. Additionally, this position is responsible for analysis, quality control, administrative, and organizational duties. This role is also mandated to adhere to all Department and University policies and procedures, as well as the rules, regulations, bylaws and interpretations of the NCAA. Per NCAA rules, analysts are not allowed to coach on the field or in the film room or position room.
Candidate must have the ability and knowledge to break down opponent¿s schemes, create detailed reports, complete daily office tasks, create and maintain practice plans and game plans, create playbooks and game books, and assist in the recruitment of prospective student-athletes.

What Qualifies You to Apply?
Required: Bachelors' Degree and at least one of the following: 4 years recruiting or coaching experience in a collegiate or professional football organization OR 4 years college or professional football playing experience in addition to 2 years recruiting or coaching experience in a collegiate or professional football organization OR 4 years college or professional football playing experience with 3 years coaching high school football.
Preferred: More than 2 years recruiting or coaching experience in a collegiate or professional football organization
