The University of Missouri Department of Athletics is seeking an Assistant Director of Recruiting Operations for its SEC football program. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Athletics for Football External Relations and Recruiting, key responsibilities for this individual will include:
Apply NowBuilding relationships with Missouri football prospects and their families, including building trust and fostering personal relationships.
Supporting the football staff's mission of providing unique and memorable on-campus experiences for prospective student-athletes, their parents and coaches by formulating detailed, organized, and thoughtful on-campus visits specific to the needs of each prospective student-athlete by highlighting key strengths of the University of Missouri.
Assisting with coordinating direct recruiting communication efforts across multiple platforms.
Providing daily, non-coaching support to the head football coach and members of the coaching staff, as assigned.
Developing and maintaining working relationships with both internal and external contacts.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required
A Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Prior experience in recruitment for a division I football program.
Salary Range: $50,367 - $79,354 Salary is commensurate with education and experience
Grade: GGS-9e
