Game Operations plays a vital role for Fire Athletics and Fire Football. Our Game Operations staff is essential
in creating the best possible environment for fans, athletes, coaches, officials, and guests. For this position to
operate effectively, students need to be professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about sports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting guests in finding their assigned seats
Assist at Guest Service tent where lost and found, general questions, and basic first aid kit are located

Assist at Guest Service tent where lost and found, general questions, and basic first aid kit are located
Help prepare stadium for home Football games (pre and post game)
Prepare food and stock items in Concessions for Football game days
Take orders and accept payments from customers
Help create a clean and safe environment by organizing and cleaning when needed throughout the game
Assist with clean up and restock after events
Provide excellent customer service to all fans
Work on all home football game days
