Observes players while they perform to determine need for individual or team improvement. Coach players individually or in groups, demonstrating techniques. This position is exempt with regard to FLSA. This position is covered by the NSCPA negotiated agreement.

Observes players while they perform to determine need for individual or team improvement. Coach players individually or in groups, demonstrating techniques. This position is exempt with regard to FLSA. This position is covered by the NSCPA negotiated agreement.
Bachelor’s degree plus coaching experience. Must have knowledge of NAIA rules and regulations.
