Apply NowThe Iowa State University Football program is seeking to fill a creative media specialist to support the Cyclone recruiting operations and branding. This position serves at the discretion of the Head Coach. Duties include:
The ideal candidates should have strong graphic design and creativity skills; solid understanding of recruiting needs and trends for collegiate athletics; proven project management and organizational skills; experience with photo editing, design elements used on various social media platforms and animation; ability to effectively plan, multi-task, meet deadlines; strong communication skills. Candidates are expected to be committed to multiculturalism and working with a diverse student body. This position requires the ability to work non-traditional hours to attend evening and weekend practices and events, and may occasionally travel overnight with the team.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience providing creative media graphics content for collegiate or professional sports recruiting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in creative media/graphics production and branding for aNCAAfootball recruiting program using different social media platforms.
Strong graphic design experience as demonstrated in portfolio.
Experience implementing graphics into full-scale digital products (apps, mobile devices, facility graphics).
Photography experience for creative media projects.
Degree in related field.
