Essential Duties

• Assist with set up and maintenance of Recruiting Area’s Interactive Map
• Assist with Recruiting & Evaluation of PSA’s
• Assist with RSVP lists for special events and camps
• Responsible for verified data going into ARM’s database daily
• Assist with physical and digital Recruiting boards
• Assist Coaches with On the Road Recruiting Plans
• Assist with all recruit visits in all aspects
• Must be familiar with and demonstrate knowledge of NCAA and Big 12 Recruiting Rules
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and one (1) year experience in a related field; OR, any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.

Desired Qualifications

• Evidence of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in working in a Power 4 Recruiting Department
• Experience working within ASU Athletics is preferred
• Experience working with ARM’s database

Working Environment

• Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds
• Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts
• Ability to clearly communicate to perform essential functions
