Accountabilities

The Senior Analyst for Football will primarily serve in a consulting role to the Head Football Coach. This position will provide insights and advice on program structure and team logistics, management of coaching staff, game film analysis, and other general leadership development and strategies.

Individuals in this role are responsible for:

Serve as a positive role model for Colgate Football student-athletes;

Represent Colgate University and Colgate Football with dignity and respect; and

Other responsibilities will include:

Coaching instruction with coaching staff and student-athletes: Specializing in offensive play and specialists, as well as film instruction.

Limited recruiting activities: Assisting in on-campus activities and maintain relationships with high school coaches.

Serve as a liaison to the Leadership Council.

This position is not considered an authorized off-campus recruiter for

NCAA

purposes.

This part-time position is intended for an individual with extensive coaching and leadership experience, including:

• Minimum 15 years Football coaching experience in a leadership role
• Familiarity with NCAA football programs
• Demonstrated experience in leadership, management, and problem solving skills
