What We Want
The purpose of this position is to educate future coaches in foundational principles in Collegiate Football Strength and Conditioning, provide hands-on experience in coaching, operating performance technology, and much more. Monetary compensation for this position will be discussed upon hiring and requires a one-year commitment to the Texas A&M Football program.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One year of prior experience in college athletics working directly with student athletes in a strength & conditioning setting.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
Actively pursuing or obtaining a degree in an Exercise Science related degree, working towards a certification with a recognized governing body, and proficiency in teaching and performing Olympic lifting and Powerlifting movements.
CPR, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association within one year of employment.
