 I.  University Overview**

III. Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Coach is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of an intercollegiate athletic program, including competitive excellence, student-athlete development, recruiting, budget and staff management, and the integration of Christian faith and learning within the team environment.

 IV. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership for the athletic program, setting a Christ-centered culture of competitive excellence, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
