Position Title: Full-Time Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach/Athletics Equipment Manager

Job Overview: The Head Coach for Men’s Lacrosse/Athletics Equipment Manager will assist administratively with uniform, equipment, apparel and beverage needs to benefit the department’s intercollegiate programs. This individual will work collaboratively with the Athletic Director, coaches and third-party vendors in order to best service each program within the department.
As the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach, this individual is accountable for building the requisite roster size and developing a student-athlete recruitment plan to ensure the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of an appropriate roster. The Head Coach implements a strength and conditioning program and plans for and manages practices and games. The Head Coach also must provide positive guidance to each student-athlete that fosters and develops the premise that athletics are an integral component of the student experience and that athletic achievement must not come at the expense of academic success.

Supervises assistant coaches and provides feedback for continued growth and development.
Represents their respective program during coaches’ meetings.
Provides a year-round strength and conditioning program tailored towards the individual sport.

Full-time employees are eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Full-time employees can earn between 18-23 paid time off a year. The employer covers tuition remission after 90 days of employment and covers 100 % (employees responsible for books and technology fees).
