Job Summary/Responsibilities

Position is designed to learn and gain experience while assisting with daily operations of an intercollegiate ticket office. Duties include, but are not limited to: providing the best customer service possible, processing ticket orders and allocating seats for season and single game requests via phone, mail, internet and ticket window for all sports. Hours are a combination of traditional office hours along with event times (nights/weekends).

Required Qualifications

UNF student who is eligible for and accepts Federal Work Study (FWS) Funding Must be enrolled in a minimum of six semester hours Must meet academic eligibility to receive financial aid The desired candidate will need to provide excellent customer service.Candidates will need to be available on nights and weekends.

The holder of this position is responsible for any NCAA and Atlantic Sun Conference bylaws and guidelines that a member of the UNF Athletic Compliance Department provides in addition to all UNF regulations.
