The Athletics Team Manager -All Sports position assists in the daily organization of Post University's diverse sports program. This position requires 20 hours per week as well as approval from financial aid for Federal Work Study.

This is a year-round opportunity with a start date of  September 23rd, 2022.

The Athletics Team Manager -All Sports position assists in the daily organization of Post University's diverse sports program. This position requires 20 hours per week as well as approval from financial aid for Federal Work Study.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Athletic Team Manager - All Sports is responsible for practice duties which include, but are not limited to:

Before Practice (30 minutes prior to practice)

• Set up water coolers/bottles and first aid station

• Set up ball bags & equipment kits

• Find a quiet place to do your HW after practice

Before Game

• Assist with team meals

• Inventory equipment kit/ball bags and pack game uniforms for travel

• Set up and secure video camera

• Assist Training Staff setting up water coolers/bottles and first aid station 

During Game

• Video record game

• Maintain water cooler/bottles and first aid station

• Stat tracking

After Game

• Assist with breakdown

• Secure Video Recording Equipment

• Collect and inventory uniforms

• Collect and inventory all equipment

• Organization and tracking skills

• Brings positive energy & motivation to the department 

• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong time management skills
