Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the gameday operations of the Air Force Ticket Office including, but not limited to, selling tickets, administering player guest tickets, and assisting customers with any ticket related issues or questions.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental activities, sports schedules, and procedures.

• Foster cooperative working relationships with all staff members who work within or outside of the Ticket Office unit.

• Maintain a positive attitude toward performing job duties and working with other staff members.

• Maintain competence in the use of Paciolan Ticketing System. Training will be provided.

• Adhere to USAFA, Mountain West Conference, AFAAC, and NCAA Policies and Procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must commit to working all 6 home football games at Falcon Stadium (Aug-Dec). Other athletic events will be staffed on an as needed basis. The event season extends from August to March with shifts averaging 3-6 hours.

• Air Force branded polo will be provided.

• This position may be used to fulfill internship requirements. Please review the requirements of your specific program or institution in advance.

Qualifications :

• Customer service experience.

• Knowledge of basic office equipment and computer skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background check.
