VCU Athletics seeks a dependable, flexible worker for our Game Days.

Position Responsibilities:

Game Day Staff members will assist the full-time and part-time ticket office staff in several key functions, including game day operations for men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, and other special events. Individuals will report directly to the Assistant AD for Ticket Operations.
Ticket Office tasks may include:

Position Responsibilities:

Game Day Staff members will assist the full-time and part-time ticket office staff in several key functions, including game day operations for men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, and other special events. Individuals will report directly to the Assistant AD for Ticket Operations.
Ticket Office tasks may include:

●Sell tickets in-person, over the phone, and through the mail
●Manage and distribute will call during athletic season
●Assist with all athletic ticketed events using Paciolan ticketing software
●Assist in various areas on game days
●Provide a high level of customer service to donors, ticket holders, and the general public
●Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications
●High School Graduate
●Must possess excellent customer service skills
●Ability to communicate effectively
●Knowledge of PC operations and software
●Ability to work well in a team environment
●Adherence to all applicable NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

●Paciolan software experience or related ticket system preferred.

Salary Range: $13.00
