Duties/Responsibilities
| Duties/Responsibilities |
· Assist the program coordinator with daily monitoring of Grab n’ Go operations.
· Communicate attendance and other related issues to program coordinator and other appropriate staff.
· Assist with the management of eligibility records for access to services on Biostar platform.
· Daily attendance is required during scheduled training table hours of operation.
· Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and courteously.

| Position Summary |
Responsible for assisting the compliance program coordinator with daily food operations, specifically related to Gran n Go while providing exceptional customer service. This position will also include additional responsibilities with athletic compliance duties with compliance databases and software
Enrolled in a graduate program at University of Georgia. Establish and maintain effective positive working relationships with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Will work independently and perform duties with high level of efficiency, competency and be detail oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites and other technology databases as needed.

Bachelors degree. Graduate Assistant should be enrolled in 9 graduate level credit hours per semester and maintain a 3.0 or higher grade point average.
