Summary of Job Duties: The Graduate Assistant - Athletic Business Office Financial Analyst will gain experience in the daily operations of the Athletics Business Office. This position will assist in the areas of financial reporting, data analysis, accounts receivable, ticket office accounting, and other business operations. This position reports to the Assistant AD for Accounting, Budget, Financial Reporting and will also support the Associate AD for Business and Finance.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Enrollment or acceptance into a University of Arkansas graduate program and/or law school at the time of employment
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work experience in intercollegiate athletics
Prior work experience using PowerBI, Tableau, or other duties relevant to the position
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of work-related subject area
Knowledge of computers and software applications,
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Customer service and problem-solving skills
