GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
The Graduate Assistant will provide leadership, mentorship, instruction, motivation, and support to the Athletic Performance program. The goal and objective of DBU Athletics is to develop Champions for Christ, both on and off the playing surface. The four pillars of the DBU Department of Athletics include academic excellence, athletic success, community engagement, and spiritual development.

WORK SCHEDULE:
A minimum of 25 hours per week is necessary to meet the requirements of the program. Travel is required throughout the year for games and recruiting.
WORK LOCATION:
This position will work on the main campus, located at 3000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211
