Thisposition willassist AthleticProfessionalsandCoachesinperformingall duties in compliance with allNCAA, PeachBelt Conference,andColumbus StateUniversity rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting and maintaining 15+ Online Budgets;
• Assist in general Day to Day Administrative Operations;
• Assist in Game Day Operations;
• Assist in evaluating spending and buying procedures; Assist in fund raising ideas and programs;
• Assist in preparing for the following Fiscal Year Budget Planning and Preparations; Assist in preparing a variety of reports as required;
• Assist Athletic Administrators with duties/projects as assigned;
• Have the ability to read and interpret basic financial statements, budgets, and repo1is; Have working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• Have strong customer service skills. Have a high level of attention to detail;
• Be highly organized and able to manage competing priorities. Have excellent time management skills;
• Have a strong sense of responsibility;
• Have the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and high degree of accuracy Be reliable; flexible; positive; and possess a collaborative attitude;
• Prior budgetary or accounting experience is highly desired.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Acceptance into a CSU graduate program;
• Knowledge and understanding of conference and NCAA rules and regulations;
• Leadership skills; a proven track record of consistently modeling positive behaviors at all times;
• Follow-through skills, as well as, the ability to plan, organize, and control projects through to completion; Desire and ability to successfully recruit;
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information; Ability to work effectively in a diverse community;
• Playing experience at a NCAA Division I, II, III and/or NAIA School preferred.

Proposed Salary

The salary is commensurate with education and experience. This position can work up to 19 hours per week.
