What you will do:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks including preparation of PowerPoint presentations, data entry, and analysis, ordering equipment/apparel, inventory/stocking, coordinating embellishment with Canyon Promotions, and other tasks assigned
Facilitate department or sport-related projects
Will manage and maintain the current software platform used for ordering, inventory, and distribution
Responsible for planning and organizing the activities of an assigned sport, project, unit or function and ensuring the activities’ infrastructure is in place.
Review departmental needs and expectations and determine most effective means of execution of specific duties to ensure goals are met in a timely fashion (e.g. laundry, ordering, product fulfillment).
Develop and schedule program work plans in accordance with specifications and funding limitations; oversee daily operations and coordinate activities of programs and determine priorities.
Partner and collaborate with various internal contacts, or customers, to coordinate activities, promote and encourage cooperation of submission or collection of information/data, products or services or process improvement.

Manage the flow of activities and acts as liaison to all others involved in the equipment operation.
Act as equipment room liaison on scheduled home competitions.
Other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree required
Be enrolled as a “regular” (not provisional) degree-seeking student for at least 6 graduate level units leading to the degree. (Undergraduate or audited courses do not satisfy this requirement.) Hiring departments may require a higher enrollment.
Must be able to maintain an academic GPA of 3.0
