Graduate Assistant - Baseball
McKendree University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a graduate assistant coach for the University Baseball Team on its Lebanon, Illinois campus for the 2025-2026 academic year. Tuition and stipend are a benefit of this position.
Pitching background is preferred but open to all positions. The successful candidate will assist with all programming, training, and data collection with the Varsity program, while also serving as a JV coach.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and acceptance into a master’s program at McKendree University is required. Some travel is required.
FLSA Category: Exempt
Salary Range: $350.00 stipend on a bi-weekly basis during the academic year.
McKendree University benefits information can be found here. Full-time graduate assistants may only participate in the medical insurance plan and the 403(b) defined compensation retirement plan. Matching contributions are not available.
