Position Summary
To assist the Head Coach in all facets of the program with emphasis on teaching and mentoring team members relative to offense, sport specific skills, NCAA II rules and regulations, individual and team development concepts as well as life skills education. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Head Coach.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Must understand and support the Mission, Vision and Code of Ethical Conduct of Walsh University, as a Catholic higher education university as expressed in Ex Corde Ecclesiae, and possess the following:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required Must be accepted into a Walsh University Graduate Program.
Work Experience: Experience as a high school or college player, coach, or other significant experience relative to the sport of football and/or the administration of an intercollegiate athletics program.
