Position Information

Minot State University Athletics’ Department is looking for a Graduate Assistant to join their Communications/Video Service team. This individual will report to the Director of Video Services. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in athletic administration.

Responsibilities:
•Assisting the athletic department with daily operations.
•Assisting Director of Video Serviceswith development and implementation of athletic departments media campaigns.
•Assisting the Director of Video Services with game operations, broadcasting, GameDay staffing, equipment safety checks, and equipment changeover.
•Developing and implementing promotional games for/during athletic events.
•Other duties assigned by Director of Athletics.

Certifications\licenses and minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Acceptance into Minot State University’s graduate program.
  • Expected work hours include normal Athletics Department business hours, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Expected to work All Home Athletic Events.
