Job Summary
The job duties include the following:
- 50% - Assisting the BOS with filing, scanning, organizing and completing financial and non-financial related transactions.
- 20% - Organizing and assisting with team travel arrangements for all sports.
- 25% - Interacting with campus partners to set up vendors. Offer clerical support in regards to office needs.
- 5% - Mandatory compliance training and any other professional development.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for an assistantship, students must meet the following criteria.
- Students admitted provisionally to a program are not eligible for an assistantship.
- Earned a Bachelor¿s degree.
- Have applied for and been accepted to a graduate degree program of study at UWG.
- Be enrolled as a full-time student in a graduate program of study.
- Have maintained a 3.0 GPA in previous and current graduate course work.
- Meet the requirements to be eligible for employment in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA Preferred or Accounting Experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Must be able to sit/stand for multiple hours a day.
- Must be a license driver.
