Job Summary

Job responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and implementation of training sessions, scouting, recruiting and video analysis. 35%
• Assisting with team travel arrangements (hotels, meals, etc) 20%
• Coordinate with equipment to ensure the organization of team gear and practice gear 10%
• Assisting in recruitment of PSAs 20%
• Assisting in the office with other administrative work 15%

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Graduate Program
• Must be open to working mornings, nights and weekends with traveling included
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, faculty and staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Former collegiate athlete or significant soccer experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• May be asked to lift objects up to 45 lbs.
• Subject to a variety of outdoor environmental conditions including heat, cold and precipitation.
