POSITION:Graduate Assistant Rowing Coach for Fairfield Men’s Rowing

Fairfield University is currently seeking a graduate assistant rowing coach. In keeping with the University’s Jesuit mission and identity, candidates must be committed to the equity, welfare, and sporting conduct of our student-athletes.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The graduate assistant coach will be responsible for assisting the Director of Rowing in all areas of program development, including recruiting and must be confident and competent at being able to coach novice and varsity.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required and prior collegiate rowing experience required. Previous coaching experience and USRowing coaching certification is preferred. Trailer driving experience would be an additional bonus.
