POSITION SUMMARY:
Serve as the 3rd team Head Coach during all soccer seasons.
This is a Graduate Assistant position. You must have already been accepted or anticipate acceptance into a MACU Graduate program before the term of employment begins. Compensation includes a full tuition scholarship.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the conduct, discipline, and positive character of student –athletes by the guidelines and principles of MACU and the NAIA Champions of Character initiative.
- Coaches or directs players in techniques of game.
- Supervise, conduct, and control all practice and training sessions for 3rd team
- Lead and develop programs that will strengthen the character of the student athletics.
- Compose and compile all game statistics.
- Maintain a professional looking complex for recruits, visiting teams, students and alumni.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is required; graduate work 100% tuition waiver for 4 semesters at institution.
