Description

Glenville State University is looking for a highly motivated coach to serve as a Graduate Assistant for the University’s Division II Softball program. The coach will report to the head coach and serve a 10-month annual appointment.

Examples of Duties

*Game Day and event planning.
*Heavy emphasis on recruiting.
*Assisting the head coach in daily practice planning.
*Assisting the head coach in the execution of necessary administrative detail within the athletic department.
*Assisting the program in academic success, maintaining a strong relationship with the institution’s Student Success Center.
*Assisting in the program’s fundraising efforts and community service activities.

Typical Qualifications

*Registered and enrolled in a graduate degree program at Glenville State University.
*An undergraduate degree.
*Excellent leadership skills.
