Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist the Head Coach in conducting practices.
Attend, and assist at track and cross country meets as requested.
Scout high school games.
Assist with recruiting efforts including some off site recruiting, hosting recruiting days and electronic communications.
Oversee social media efforts for the teams.
Take care of field equipment, on and off the field each day.
Break-down and transfer electronic game videos each week during the season and process video exchange with opponents throughout the season.
Work with coordinator in the off-season, preparing for non-traditional season practices.
Assist Head Coach with travel arrangements.

Secondary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a Master’s Degree program required
CPR
/First Aid Certification required
Continually nurture a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; serve as a consistent witness for Jesus Christ; maintain a kind, Christ-like attitude in dealing with and ministering to people within and outside of Northwestern; and faithfully uphold and embrace Northwestern’s mission, doctrinal statement, and Declaration of Christian Community.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional, courteous and tactful manner
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including some weekends
Ability to travel with team to scheduled events
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and transport athletes as needed
Ability to pass a background check upon hire and periodically throughout the course of employment
