About the Role:

• Experience playing or coaching volleyball at the collegiate or competitive club level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Enrollment in a graduate program at the university or eligibility to enroll.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a graduate assistant or coaching intern in a collegiate athletics program.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head coach and coaching staff in planning and conducting daily volleyball practices and training sessions.
• Support game preparation by analyzing opponent strategies, preparing scouting reports, and assisting with in-game coaching.
• Manage administrative tasks such as coordinating team travel, maintaining equipment, and organizing team schedules.
• Contribute to recruiting efforts by evaluating prospective student-athletes, communicating with recruits, and attending recruiting events.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to student-athletes to promote their success both on and off the court.
